  • Your child will be registered at the building within your attendance zone. Please refer to the Street Guide to find which attendance zone you live in. 

    To register your child, please return the completed registration packet to:

    If you do not have a printer and need a pre-printed form, please request an appointment by calling our Central Registration Department at (716) 677-3137. Pre-printed forms are provided by appointment only.
