  • Welcome to the West Seneca Central School District!

    All Registrations are now completed online.  We are currently accepting registrations for the 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 school years.  If your child is currently attending a WSCSD UPK program through the lottery, they DO NOT need to re-register.  

    Go to K-12, Non-Public and CPSE Registrations (to the left) to start the process.

    *Students who are legal residents of the School District and who reside with parents or guardians within the School District at the time of the opening day of school must be five (5) years of age or more on December 1st in order to register for Kindergarten (BOE policy #7120).

Required Legal Documents for Enrollment

  • Items required to complete the registration process

    ✔Proof of Parent or Guardian Identity (NYS Valid Driver’s License or Non-driver’s Identification Card)

    ✔Proof of Residency and supporting documentation (Town Tax Bill, Current Mortgage Statement, Current Signed Lease Agreement, HUD Papers or Closing Statement)

    ✔If you do not have the residency documentation shown above, please provide a Notarized Statement from your Landlord with TWO additional proofs which may include the following: car registration, utility bill, bank statement, payroll stub, government benefit document

    ✔Child’s Birth Certificate 

    ✔Immunization Records signed by doctor, along with a current Physical. 

    ✔Court Documents such as: Most recent Court Documents/Papers signed by a judge 

    ✔Agency Counselor or Probation Officer’s Name (if applicable)

    ✔DSS-2999 required at registration for your children in Foster Care

    For Students with a Disability - Provide a copy of current IEP & psychological report or 504 Accommodation Plan
