•                                           West Seneca Central School District UPK Program

                                                  Registration for the 2026-2027 School Year

    • Children must be four years old on or before Dec. 1st of the year that they will be starting school in order to be eligible for the program.

    • UPK participation will be determined by a random lottery that will be drawn on April 9, 2026.

    • Registration paperwork will be accepted from January 5, 2026– March 31, 2026.

    • In order to be eligible for the lottery, all paperwork and supporting documents must be turned in by March 31, 2026.

      • Parents/guardians will be notified of the lottery results by mail within 1 week of the drawing.

      • Children not selected will be put on a waiting list.

      • Twins and triplets are automatically enrolled if their sibling is chosen, so long as there are available slots..

     

                                                   UPK Registration for 2026-2027 will be online!!!

                                  A link for registration will be added to the website on January 5th.

     The process will include uploading the following  required documents

    ✔Proof of Parent or Guardian Identity (NYS Valid Driver’s License or Non-driver’s Identification Card)

    ✔Proof of Residency and supporting documentation (Town Tax Bill, Current Mortgage Statement, Current Signed Lease Agreement, HUD Papers or Closing Statement)

    ✔If you do not have the residency documentation shown above, please provide a Notarized Statement from your Landlord with TWO additional proofs which may include the following: car registration, utility bill, bank statement, payroll stub, government benefit document

    ✔Child’s Birth Certificate 

    ✔Immunization Records signed by a doctor, along with a current Physical.

    Locations for the 2026-2027 School Year

    The West Seneca School District offers District locations and Community-Based Organizations that provide UPK services during the academic school year.

    Full day and half day placements will be available. Parents/guardians will be sent a preference sheet prior to the lottery.
