    Foundation 649 Scholarship, a nonprofit that provides scholarships to Asian American and Pacific Islander students. 

    Requirements

    • Be a degree-seeking, full-time student enrolling in a U.S. accredited university in Fall 2025 as a Freshman or transferring from a community college
    • Identify as Asian American / Pacific Islander
    • Have a track record of involvement and interest in AAPI communities, issues, or causes
    • Have demonstrated financial need for the scholarship
    • Be a US citizen, resident or foreign national

  • Aero Club of Buffalo Aviation Scholarships

    #1 The Fran Bainbridge Flight Training Scholarship
    Funding for this Scholarship is generously supported by the Aero Club of Buffalo Members
    $2500 to a flight student pursuing a pilot or higher certificate
    Applicants for this scholarship must be between the ages of 17-25 and be a permanent resident or student living within the WNY region as specified in the application criteria.


    #2 The Aero Club of Buffalo Aeronautical-Aviation Scholarship
    Funding for this Scholarship is generously supported by the Aero Club of Buffalo Members This $2500 scholarship is designed for candidates planning a career in the field of aviation, to include, but not limited to: A & P mechanic, aerospace engineer, airport manager, aviation educator, air traffic controller, commercial or airline pilot. This scholarship is offered to endorse and assist the candidate’s efforts in pursuing their education/career in aviation. Funds awarded may be used for the purpose of related books, materials, aircraft rent and instructor time or tuition expenses. * Candidates for this scholarship must be between the ages of 17-25 and be a permanent resident or student living within the WNY region as specified in the application criteria.

  • Erie County Historical Federation Scholarship Application

    Must be a high school senior graduating in the spring of 2025 and planning to study history at an accredited institution of higher learning.

    A paragraph stating why the student is interested in studying history

    Information on any history-related clubs, extracurricular or volunteering activities that the student is currently participating in

    Proof of acceptance to a chosen institution of higher learning.

    Must be postmarked by May 1, 2025 or submitted online by May 1, 2025 to ECHFscholarship@gmail.com

    Derek Kaczorowski Scholarship information

    Eligibility of Applicants : Applicants shall be high school seniors or college freshmen, sophomores or juniors of Polish descent who are or will be enrolled full-time in any academic discipline at a college or university in the following counties : Erie, Niagara, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Allegheny, Wyoming, Genesee, Orleans, or Livingston. Applicants must be of Polish lineage and demonstrate pride in their heritage. Applicants may apply more than once as long as they meet the above criteria.
