• The Pine Hill Drum and Bugle Corps is pleased to announce that we have established a Higher Education Learning Grant Program for student-members who plan to attend a State University of New York school in the fall of 2023.

    Members in the grant program are eligible to receive up to a $250.00 tuition grant award each spring and fall semester (with a total grant award not to exceed $500.00 in a given year) in exchange for maintaining defined grades and fulfilling established Drum Corps service requirements throughout the year. There is no restriction on the type of academic course(s) the student-member can pursue.

    Membership is open to all Erie County high school seniors who have reached the age of 17.

    Tops Friendly Markets is proud to partner with Taste of Buffalo, Inc. to award a $1000 scholarship to a student pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts/Culinary Arts Management such as Nutrition & Wellness, Holistic Nutrition, Food Entrepreneurship, Food Retail Operations, Restaurant Operations, Food Science, Dietetics, Food Stylist, Food Photography, etc. The scholarship recipient will be selected based on the criteria and terms described on the last page of the scholarship application.

    The Taste of Buffalo, Inc. in its continuing commitment to Western New York, is proud to offer a scholarship program for college-bound students in the eight counties of Western New York who will pursue a degree in Foodservice or the Hospitality industry such as Chef, Baking & Pastry Arts, Travel & Tourism, Hotel Management, etc. Four $1000.00 scholarships will be awarded and will be based on the criteria and terms described on the last page of the scholarship application.

    Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation Application for the 2023-24 Academic Yeaand CTE eligibility

    • The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation Application for the 2023-2024 academic year opened on January 1, 2023, and will close on March 1, 2023. 
    • The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation provides scholarships to eligible children of Marines and Navy Corpsmen, Chaplains, and Religious Program Specialists. 
    • Scholarships are for children pursuing post-secondary education at any accredited school--whether that be a trade school, career training school, community college, or four-year university.
    • Scholarships are available for CTE non-degree certificate programs.

  • Bridging The Dream Scholarship

    Deadline: March 27, 2023

     $10,000 Bridging the Dream Scholarship from The Sallie Mae Fund and the Thurgood Marshall College Fund. High school seniors who are US citizens or permanent residents and plan to enroll in an accredited post-secondary institution or continuous education program during the 2023-2024 academic year are eligible.  Applicants must demonstrate leadership skills and moral character, as well as submit a short video describing how the scholarship will assist them in achieving their goals.
