Looking for help with your WSCSD Chromebook? 💻 Follow these steps to resolve your issue.

Create a Helpdesk request (in district only - this link does not work outside of the district) https://helpdesk.wscschools.org
1. Login using student credentials
Visit or contact your school building's tech (if you don't know who your school's tech is, ask the main office)
Call the chromebook hotline at 716-677-3848

Chromebook does not turn on or charge

Use the shortcut Esc+Refresh (above the #4 key), then press down the Power button and wait until you get the Exclamation Point Chrome OS screen.
Hold down all three for 45 seconds. It can take up to 2 minutes for the screen to show, or as little as a few seconds.
At that screen, just turn off the device with the power button, wait 2 seconds and turn it back on.
