Driver's Education
In-car and classroom sessions will commence the week of July 7th, 2026:
16 in-car sessions - meeting 2x/week:
- Select preferences for driving time slots in the registration questions; you will receive an email update prior to class with the confirming driving time based on preferences and car availability.
- Each student will have in-car instruction in groups of up to 4 students.
- In-car instruction is provided through Hoffman's Driving Academy.
- All driving lessons will start and end at East Senior.
16 classroom sessions - meeting Wednesdays & Thursdays, 7:00 - 8:30 AM:
- Classroom instruction will take place on campus at West Seneca East Senior, 4760 Seneca St. Room 101
Benefits of Driver Education:
- Completion of the course satisfies the 20-hour graduated license requirement
- When a student turns 17 (as opposed to 18), they can drive after 9:00pm
- May allow a discount on auto insurance, depending on insurance company
