Athletic Registration
Welcome to the West Seneca Central School District (WSCSD) Online Athletic Registration Process.
The WSCSD has moved our athletic registration process to a convenient online registration process offered through PowerSchool and located on the Parent Portal. This is a secure registration platform that is an easy, user-friendly way to register for athletics.
The online registration process MUST BE COMPLETED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN and should be viewed and discussed with the student-athlete. Please complete the registration with the student-athlete present. Parents/Guardians are responsible for completing forms and ensuring that all medical information concerning your child's health, medical concerns, injuries, medications and allergies are reported to the School Nurse and coaches.
Please note: Families with multiple students must complete an online registration form for each of their students.
It is important that the athlete/parent review the student athlete handbook as it outlines the policies for participation (see link at bottom of page).
How To Register
STEP 1 - READ OVER DOCUMENTATION:

STEP 2 - REGISTER ON THE PARENT PORTAL:
Please complete the registration on the PowerSchool Parent Portal (please use a web browser like Chrome, Edge or Safari)... by clicking this link.
Note: If your child is a 7th or 8th grader planning to challenge for a JV or Varsity level sport, they must now complete the Athletic Placement Process. Deadline dates apply. Click here for further information.
STEP 3 - CONFIRM INFORMATION:
Please ensure the parent/guardian and emergency contact information is accurate while in the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
STEP 4 - SUBMIT/UPDATE STUDENT PHYSICAL:
Ensure your child has a valid physical on file with the district. If a physical and/or update is needed, click this link for further information.
Please Note: Physicals are good for a period of one year from the date of the physical, to the end of the month (i.e. physical done 08/01/25 is valid until 08/31/26).
During the school year, physicals are to be turned into the School Nurse.
During the summer (June 29, 2026 to Aug 27, 2026), physicals must be turned into the Athletic Office by the deadline date. Office location & hours of operation are below.
