SUPA SOCIOLOGY

  • While no opinions will be promoted, students will be exposed to controversial topics such as gangs, sexuality, gender roles, etc. When reading articles, field research may include mature themes.  Students are enrolled in a Syracuse University level course with curriculum that has been developed by Syracuse faculty for Sociology 101. This is not a West Seneca West Course, rather, a Syracuse University Course taught at West Seneca West.

The purpose of this class is not to influence opinions, rather to expose students to the importance of forming opinions based on research and data.

REGISTRATION MUST BE DONE BY THE STUDENT AND PARENT AND TURNED IN TO MR. CANTAFIO.  ALL QUESTIONS AND FINANCIAL AID ISSUES ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO SYRACUSE UNIVERSITY.
