It's not what you do during the season, it's what you do ON YOUR OWN in the off-season that will make the difference! Get UP, Get OUT and Get MOVING (with a ball!):
Ball work: 3 days a week for 20 minutes
Juggle (5 minutes)
-side touches/rolls ( 20 times on the ball)
-top of the ball touches/forwards and backwards rolls (20 times)
-pull a "v"
Pass with a friend/partner(5 minutes)or by yourself: Punt ball in the air 25 times and receive it using your chest or your foot- ball should not land more than 3 feet away from you!
Train together! Running together is easier than running alone!
