    ABSENTEE BALLOTS:  Absentee ballots may be obtained by first completing an absentee application (available on the Annual School Budget Vote and Election 2021 page under Board of Education at www.wscschools.org).  The application must be received by the district clerk at least seven days before the election, if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter, or the day before the election, if the ballot is to be issued to the voter in person.
