West Middle Builder's Club Officers

Welcome To West Middle School!

1/11/10

Dear Parents:

On Tuesday, February 2, we will be attending a full dress rehearsal of West Senior's musical “Annie”. We will run an abbreviated schedule of classes and travel to West Senior for the afternoon. All students and staff will attend. We will dismiss our students to go home via their regular buses from West Senior at 2:35 PM.

If any early dismissals are required, your child will be at West Senior from 11:45 AM until 2:35 PM on that date. It would be helpful and less confusing if you would make sure to send a note in that morning with your child if an early release is needed. That will enable us to seat students closest to an exit and reduce the potential for disruption to the performance. Parents will need to report to the main office at West Senior to pick up their child. When you arrive at the office, we will dismiss your child. If you have not arrived by dismissal time, (2:35 PM) your child will be sent home on their regularly scheduled bus.

Only students engaged in ski club or athletic practices will return to West Middle after the 2:35 dismissal. All other after school activities will be canceled for that day. We will not make any other adjustments to the transportation of our students at dismissal time. Students will be expected to board their regularly assigned bus for the ride home from West Senior.

In the event you need to contact your child at West Senior, please call their main office at 677-3351.

We are grateful to West Senior and Mr. Keith Ersing for this wonderful opportunity to preview the musical. It is an excellent chance for our students to enjoy a high quality theatrical performance and support the efforts at West Senior.

Please do not hesitate to contact me (677-3500) with any questions or concerns and as always, I thank you for your continued support.

Sincerely,

Brian Graham, Principal - bgraham@westseneca.wnyric.org
