Summer Weight Room Hours begin Monday June 26th
 
Hours are 8:30 to 11:30am Monday through Friday

Speed and Agility Training will take place every Tuesday and Thursday at 11:00am.

Attendance requirements are as follows:
You must complete 20 lifting days and 12 speed and agility days over the 7 weeks from June 26th to August 11th.  Those athletes who make the required days will not have to do any conditioning in the second session during the first two weeks of camp. Those who fail to make the requirement will have to condition everyday after each session for the first two weeks!
